I've installed it playing a female character but can't see how to access all the extra clothing it just makes all the current clothing shiny :/

Exactly what I'm facing.
I tried installing this mod properly several times with no other mods installed and on a fresh copy of the game. But I can't seem to find all the items. I just found some hairstyles and 2 or 3 clothing which is shinny and that's it. No other ported item are showing up. Please help. I think Simon n I are having similar problems.
