Hey, I've tried installing this mod but every time I've tried or thought that I have, it didn't work. I was hoping that maybe someone could give me a walk through or step by step of trying to get this working, please? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by 'didn't work'? The game didn't recognize new cheats or you've experienced other issues? Also, are you using the Steam version of the game?

Nah, it is a problem to be using a non-Steam version because there's no legit one. All Saints Row games since The Third are only available on Steam.
Anyway, could you send a screenshot of your SR IV install folder? Perhaps you've extracted the file in a wrong place.

You need to extract 'cheats.xtbl' from the archive instead of putting the archive itself into the folder. Download WinRAR or 7-ZIP if you don't have any archiver installed.
