Realism mod

*UPDATE* Version 3.0.2 - 16 january 2013

-it is now nearly impossible to destroy a vehicle using the melee weapons;
-the cops will come to chase you if you steal a vehicle after a brief amount of time;
-made the trail blazing activity much more fun because the cops and the luchadores will chase you during the activity.

-The Bear's turret does less damage to vehicles and it rotates slower than before;
-You will encounter more SWAT troops than before (with the except of level 5 notoriety);
-Torque upgrades are more effective;
-Less hitpoints for the yarn-ball because it was too overpowered.
 
it'd be nice if i could get my minimap back,i got this mod due to the game being far too easy(hardcore difficulty is still easy...seriously)but i cant really play the game whitout the minimap since i gotta follow bla-bla waypoints here and there
 
To have the minimap you have to delete patch_vint_doc_containers.asm_pc and hud.str2_pc.

This mod is not compatible with what you mentioned because they use the same .xtbl files like this mod.

Thanks for the quick response. I wanted to ask about the vehicle crash through the window too, but found it in the tweaks.xtbl, so anything is fine. I guess I will have to start all over again with my game.. cause your mod pretty much requires a fresh start. I like the challenge to work hard for my skill perks and stuff. So far I really like all the changes you made.

Btw I checked if the upgrades for health give more health, like stated in your mod-updates. But it's still +25/50/75% etc, intentional?

Seems like I can't start a new game with both this mod and Gentlemen of Steelport enabled :/. Game hangs up on newgame/loading screen. Even when I only use the mission replay loose files from GoS it hangs. Damn I really wanted to use both mods.

cant tell if this is a glitch or not,but its annoying as hell,had to replay the same mission like 15 times cause of it
when you get exactly near a car and hit shift+e(cause u know,for those times that you just wanna get in and run fast)you just,die,just like that

edit:nice mod-_-,my car is parked,rocket hits the a place not even close to my car,my car blows up for some reason,and the cars litteraly cant take bullets for shit,i litteraly cant get past a mission cause the mod makes it that way the cars cant take bullets for shit
-fun mod with some dumb places that make some missions impossible to make with it on-deleting this crap from my game

yeah i know sorry,last modding forum i went to people ignored unless you were a giant asshat,thought its the same here,my bad
edit:not sure if this is a glitch or something to do with me deleting the 2 things for the minimap,in the http:/deckersdie mission the gun you get avatar thingie,is not infinite,you only have 11 shots then the game starts cycling trough your guns automaticaly
and the brutes are pretty damn OP,3 rocket shots to the face,emptied my SMG in him...seriously
