Why not just use Fraps and Windows Movie Maker?
If you using Fraps, you can't change position of camera or disable peds and cars.

If you build GoS with loose files, just make sure to use the sr3_city.lua from Sandbox+ since it has all of the mission replay functions included that are part of GoS (in addition to the new Sandbox+ ones.) The better way though is to just build patch files with GoS, and then the Sandbox+ scripts in the root will simply override on load.
Oh, I see. One more question though. If I have sandbox+ and/or GoS installed, can I still play coop with people who dont have it?

Yes, it should be playable, but some things may be slightly glitchy. If you do coop with vanilla users, I would suggest not selecting a couple of mods in GoS:
* Extra clothing and makeup colors will make parts of your character look invisible to the vanilla player if you use any of them
* GPO (Gang Plus One) could cause issues if you use any of the new gang types
And what if I -only- use Sandbox +? Nothing will happen unless I use a command like the Superpowers command, right?

In theory, yes. The Sandbox+ stuff is all client side.
What you need to understand is that any mod for any game could potentially cause odd behavior when playing with someone who doesn't have it. That's just the inherent nature of modding. If you are concerned about such things then you really shouldn't use any mods while trying to coop with someone who doesn't have them. Period.
