Zombies, Zombies and more Zombies!

I am as you can tell a Zombie enthusiast and I have a few ideas I want to try to make a reality but i could use some pointers on whats impossible whats not and whats practical. Firstly I'm trying very hard to beef up the Zombie World cheat atm I'm using ShitFace's NPC behavior and spawn mod as a base specially cause it includes Pixel's Zombie mod (I've also lowered the number of cars while cheat is active as there should be very few people left on the road but there are still more then id like but this is to make up for the lack of debris because as soon as you stop driving cars start to pile up) but also for the civs carrying more weapons and being more aggressive as it instantly ups the Apocalypse fell when you stop shooting and all you hear are peds fighting off zombies with everything from dildos to guns (even taizers its funny watching them try to survive with only 4 shots) and the drivers are smashing into each other driving like mad men. Now this is a very good start but I seem to of hit a wall when it comes to making it harder, atm I use level 1 dual wield pistols to make it a little tougher and make bigger groups attack me but I don't want this in the long run I want you to be able to use any weapon and still have a survival challenge on our hands. Now I've asked in the help section about Spawn caps because I can't seem to make to many more spawn no matter what I change I'd like to make it so hords of 10 or more zombies chasing you is the norm when ur on foot not 3 or 4 with me kitting them together to try and make groups that big. If all else fails I may just move to giving them more health but then the question comes in are headshot instant kills on normal civs or just more damage as the Brutes with chain guns would lead me to believe (seeing as they can take like 40 rounds to the face lol) because if I could still instant kill with headshots I wouldn't mind way upping theyre health so u could only really kill them with head shots. If I could pull either of those off I'd be very happy with saints row as a zombie survival challenge when ever you want just by throwing the zombie cheat on.

Now for Project 2 which is to swap one gang with all zombies and I mean like no cars no guns walk around like zombies look and sound like zombies and replace specialist with brute zombies. I know most of this is possible but I really don't know where I'm asking to much. But with asking to much I was wondering, although I doubt it, is there any way to make them spawn less often until you gain notoriety with them and or make it so killing one instant 5 stars that gang. If it is I'm thinking I could setup like a zombie side challenge where zombies are very very uncommon (atleast the gang) so you only see one every once and a while and if you do and you kill him your instantly 5 stared and groups of the zombie gang start to run in to take you out!

Any feed back, help or points in the right direction are much appreciated and If I pull either off I'll be very happy to share my final result with the community!
 
I made some work out of it, I made all npcs zombies, and it's even impossible to give them zombie voices, without them being flagged as zombie. Besides I never finished it, too few hit points, not really skinned. Headshots are just multiplied damage. If I was right you can find the headshot multiplier for every character alone in character.xtbl.

And Project 2 is going to be a lot of work.

All the basic zombies don't have a headshot multiplier already so I'll experiment but can I just add it because I do see it listed under the brute zombies. I'm fine with just tweaking the cheat as me and my roomate just through Zombie island On using Sandbox+ when we want to fight zombie in multiplayer and this is also why I want to make one of the gangs zombies cause we dont always want to be fighting zombies anyways we do other things like sky diving races into the smallest pools we can find lol. Do you have any idea what the Ped_Slot, and or DayCap/NightCap caps are as I am trying to make the most zombies spawn with out puting absurd numbers in cause I can even enter 1000 and the game will run fine but its definitely not spawning 1000 zombies. I think its over 100 but I'm not sure by how much. Oh and thanks for letting me know which xbls to play around with that really helps!
 
DayCap doesn't say much, just how much will spawn, you can enter 100000000000000000 if you want, but even 1000 is far above the maximum, if you want a bit more zombies to spawn you should change the
General_Ped_Slot, Special_Ped Slot, and Special_Vehicle_Slot. But again you can enter 1000000000000000000 but again even 1000 is far above the maximum.

Ya thats what I figured I have like 300 and 400 in there atm dont think it even gets that high but the more the merrier lol Any chance you know how to make it super foggy? Ive tried a few thing in the weather.xbl but can't seem to get it and I definitely remember reading some where that some one had made it really foggy for their own zombie mod but they never posted it or explained how it was done!
 
default_district.xtbl is the file you need.
Then go to fog_density_new, fog_density_offset, and fog_color.
Don't make it too much, because then you won't be able to see anything.
Keep it under 1.000000 at least.

The zombies are on fire and my car lies close to my corpse against a nearby wall, so much fun.
 
lol thanks I love the screen shot! Ya I spend hours killing zombies and blowing through ammo because of course stocking up is always fun with hordes around. Most of my deaths are while stocking up and to flaming zombies!
