Sure, modding Xbox games is against Microsoft's rules, and likewise for PS3 with Sony, but those rules don't have the force of law. I understand why we're not allowed to discuss piracy here, but unlike piracy, console modding isn't illegal. Outside of Xbox Live/PSN, who cares about Microsoft/Sony's ToS?

Because console modding and piracy go hand in hand and anyone trying to pretend otherwise is either incredibly naive or not being truthful.
