Whats with all the Glowing ...

Feel like the glowing is extremely annoying and way more than needed. I understand what was trying to be done, but I feel like it was done too much.. constant blue flashing/glowing going on if your using your powers and collecting the fragment things.

(Also, 1200+ power upgrade items... what!? ::sigh:: I quit Crackdown and Infamous because of things like this. Makes having Gaming OCD Rough).
 
How about you collect all the clusters needed to get the upgrades you want, then stop collecting them?
If you're aiming for 100%, then it was silly for you to buy the game when it has been stated that there are 1255 clusters plenty of times.
 
My girlfriend (she's in QA) tells me it takes her about an hour to get the last ~300 or so that are left after picking up everything in her path during regular gameplay. That's including all the TK/blast/stomp orbs in her normal, unaltered paths between missions and activities. It actually doesn't take too much hopping from rooftop to rooftop to get rid of most of the glowiness... the gamer OCD I can't help you with, unfortunately. I'd recommend the collectible finder if you're really dedicated to getting them.

As for the glowing when using super powers... Surely there's going to be a mod to change the colors on the fly, right? ;)
 
I think the only thing that irks me a bit is the city going all fragmented EVERY time you pick up a cluster, its annoying and defers your vision of trying to spot others quickly
 
Off topic here: I feel a little bit jealous now, because whenever I log in to Saintsrowmods.com, I see someone playing Saints Row 4, and I remember that I still have to wait till Friday to play it.

I'd Very much Love to See a Color Change. I like blue ,but it doesn't suit my current character. Seen a Disabler for it. Lookin' forward to Color change.
