These are the projects I am currently working on for Saints Row 2 in 2026. I make no guarantees as to how long they will take to complete (if they make it that far), nor how much of what is planned will actually be achieved. Currently I am splitting my time between these projects, so I don't go insane. This may mean development takes a little while longer than it otherwise would.
MISSION PATCH:
I'm happy to announce work is underway on a new "Mission Patch" project!
This project is a learning experience for me in LUA. I hope to improve my proficiency as the project goes on.
Planned:
- Improve lua scripts for missions wherever possible.
- Restore cut content.
- Logical placement of Start and End Triggers.
- Linear Story mode, according to the most logical cannon. (Optional)
- Missions award enough Respect for the following Mission. (Optional)
- Better support for NPC mods.
- Maintain consistency with fixes in Cutscene Patch.
As a proof of concept, I have attached a demo version of "Bonding Experience" (ss07) to this post:
- Improved Pierce's pathing in all areas.
- Restored an unused "IG" cutscene (which has been refurbished with Cutscene Patch v1.4).
- Tweaks to weaponry.
- Restored an unused voice line for Pierce upon destroying the final helicopter.
UNTITLED FPA+ FOLLOW-UP:
A more Vanilla friendly, Unisex animations overhaul, with less of the drawbacks of FPA+.
Planned:
- A more Vanilla, Unisex feel than FPA+.
- A brand new alternative system to FPA+'s "Replaceable Animations", with none of the drawbacks (such as No Foleys or Props).
- Restructured animation tree, allowing Playa to access more animations.
- MANY new Compliments, Taunts and Walk Styles available in the Plastic Surgeon.
UNTITLED NPC PROJECT: (Yes, this old chestnut...)
Provides alternate designs for various characters throughout the game.
Planned:
- New Variant and Texture designs for NPCs throughout the game.
- Fixes for oversights in Vanilla Variants.
- Improved outfit variation for some Pedestrians.
- Outfit randomisation for Story Characters where possible.
- Full compatibility with Cutscene Patch and Mission Patch.

This mod has been in and out of development since 2022, due to other projects taking precedence. Despite that, a TON of work has gone into it. It's hard to believe it, but I've finally released what is technically my first ever mod!

I have attached my redesigned Maero as a sneak-peek of what's to come someday in the future!:
There are other projects I have in mind, but the projects I've listed above have been enough to keep me busy for more than a while already. I'm looking forward to eventually sharing my work with you all!

~ Adds MANY new ways of wearing existing items.
~ Makes most previously non-colourable items colourable.
~ Adds useful development items for modders.
~ Improves compatibility between items.
~ Restores EVEN MORE cut items!
~ Adds a bunch of entirely NEW items!
~ Stores are being completely restocked from the ground up.
~ Many items will have new default colours to refresh your shopping experience.
~ Customization cameras and animations have been improved.
