What targa to dds converter for win10

Same result.I have no idea what that causes.The conversion of the RPG Weapon was the only one that worked with the converter.
Then I have to do the rest of the files piece by piece.Thanks for help.
 
Tested it even with animated texture and all works fine. Real alternative for it - photoshop+ nvidia dds plugin or maybe irfanview
