Unofficial Patch v1f0.0.1 Lite (En) for english game version 1.0.0.1.
Finished: 8.6.2015. Modified: 19.6.2015

This Patch is for very experienced Players. Because now the Player the same as NPC (gets the same amount of damage as NPC) I finished the game with 0% death with this patch, but I use tactics in the game world very often and in the last mission, when you need to kill Cyrus Temple will be very difficult for Players if they don't know how to use environment in the game. And beware if you will use cheats in the game your challenges in the saints book will not progress.

P.S. I will not reccomend you to play on Easy and Hard difficult levels, I recommend to play on Normal.

NEW FEATURES:
Working elevators.
Elevators that now work include the following:
- Basement elevator in the Saints HQ crib
- All elevators in Stag PR Center (parking garage, lobby, and offices)
- Elevators in Technically Legal
- Elevator in Abandoned Office Building
HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter an elevator
2. Press the USE button
P.S:
-No prompt messages are displayed when you enter an elevator.
-You must hold the USE button for up to 1/2 second for it to work.
-If you are inside an elevator with the doors closed, and the system asks you to press the USE button to open the doors, make sure you walk fully up to the doors before pressing it. Otherwise, the mod will interpret the button press to go to another floor.
-Some elevators cannot be entered, such as the Stag PR Center upper offices. In those cases you should simply walk up to the elevator doors and press the USE button.
-Co-op players will not be transported by this mod.
-This mod is disabled during missions, so it shouldn't mess up missions that use the elevators.

Fixed all the upgrades levels (VIP upgrades, and etc) now they cost correct. (And now if you wanna Vampire skill you need reach some respect levels and you need buy it from upgrade menu [DLC required])
Fixed all decals and now all the decals will permanently stay, (blood trails, bullets holes and etc) disappears only if the player left the current hood (location). (Now the Player can see broken (by bullets) windows on the car, skid mark and so on)
Fixed few Volition's bugs. (Fixed some incorrect flags in the flag parameters for some weapons.) [Example: I turn off flag to not blow up tanks for electric grenade and etc]
Fixed missed sound for pickup Stag Shield.

Vehicles which are flipped not explode. (Because I think it's hardcoded)
New prices for the Surgery and Vehicle Delivery. (Because I think it's hardcoded)
New map 3 count casino for the Whored Mode (Because I don't have tools to create new waypoints)
New interriors and new clothes, hairstyles, compliments, taunts, weapons, cars, locations, from SR4.
Animation for usual containers as in mission "The HO Boat". (Because I do not have much time)
Animation for usual RIM JOBS gates as in mission "Zombie Attack". (Because I do not have much time)
Ability to close opened doors. (Because I do not have much time)
More damage from car that's run over. (Because I do not have much time)
Add Giant Plane in Airport's Hangar. (Because I do not have much time)
Restore Ability for Police to Arrest Player. (I can't do that without Volition's programmer)
More decay time for bullets and holders. (I only know how to make holders stay permanently)
Ability to seat on any available INDEX seats in vehicles as on Coop Mode. (Because I do not have much time)
Add Pony Cart to the city traffic at night. (It seems like Pony Cart use specific load animations)
Add saints variant for cars driven by saints to the city traffic. (It seems like saints variant not working for city traffic)
Longer animation time for Vampire skill animation. (I think for that I need capture new animation)
Working water cannons for the Blaze cars. (Because I do not have much time)
Walking animation for Tiger. (I think for that I need capture new animation)
Fire Fighter suit to the Let's Pretend shop. (Because I do not have much time)
Add Oppressor helicopter Film variant from DLC as a cheat code. (Because I do not have much time)

No, this is not access.. this already implemented in game and if they don't have dlc..then they will not acces features in my Patch and anyway they cannot store vehicle into the garage if they dont't have dlc.. anyway when they buy only game without dlc, (with season pass) the game already have compatibility with some dlc and 2 players in the coop can play together even if one of them don't have dlc..but they cannot save stuff..

The problem is this mod enables spawning of DLC only vehicles.

@Flanua - please remove the DLC vehicle spawning as this works for characters who don't own the DLC.

I knew it would happen to me.. most of all I was afraid of this.. I think it will be easier if I just cut some stuff, as I think it's only one option, I spend many time on that patch and all that was for community, and the most paradoxical thing is because dlc. I only wanted to implement what the developers haven't included and now I think it never be possible because of DLC. I don't have much time but I will try to remove (make default vehicles for homies) dlc verhicles from my patch that shows in the game world.

Edit2: My patch will installs only in the place in which the user specifies.
P.S. I think this was my last work.. I'm tired..
I will share full version of this patch on some European sites (my friend own few hosts in some small countries) people can get full version of my patch on these hosts or if they contact me on [email protected].:oops: And sorry for my English, my native language is Japanese.

No plans, because tomorrow I released this patch and administration say me to remove dlc vehicles from my patch because people who don't own the dlc may use this vehicles. And because of that this patch temporarily unavailable until I create cutted version of my patch.
