Unlimited Respect Mod isnt working GotR

I recently played Saints Row 2 with the GotR Mod and found an open_mod_respect and in a other Thread somebody said that this mod workes but i dont know how i can use it/install it.
At the Moment it isnt working for me.
Any Help ?
 
Drive against oncoming traffic on the wrong side of the road. It should max out your respect meter to 50 in about 10 seconds.

Did you select it before building the patch? The installer will remember which options you chose, so rerun and take a look.
