That's the Lil' Croaker gun that's already a part of the base game of Gat Out of Hell. The DLC is for the SRIV Re-elected game on Xbox One and PS4 so you can use it in SRIV. It's not for PC, but... I'm looking into the possibility of releasing it to the community as a SRIV PC mod later.

Maybe there will be a food store again.
There's only 3 stores in the map, one is a weapon store.
There is no customization, so there won't be a clothing store, no Rusty's Needle, no Rim Jobs and no Image as Designed.
And at the end of the trailer there's an ad for a food store

This clearly is ingame, however it doesn't look like it's an enterable building.
