Switching Between Different Walking/Running Animations On the Fly

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how the person in this video was able to switch animations like they were hotkeyed?
 
nvm , I think I know what's happening. the user just has the walker walk was their default and installed the skateboard mod for when they're running.

Correct. Sandbox+ which was included in the last release does let you change animations on the fly though to dozens of them.
