. Everything seemed fine at my end, no characters locked. It could be one of the many bugs that Volition didn't get time to do...
Done quick recreation of one of my favourite SR characters - Matt Miller, i gave myself only 20 quick minutes, because i need go to sleep, so i done it in a rush, maybe i'll redo him sooner, im recreating his SR4/GOOH variation (my favourite), have enough of photo references which i done myself and which i used.
Matt is finished, might look not that great, but i really tried my best to make him as much resembling to his SRIV/GOOH look as it was possible

I literally downloaded Reboot again just because i've had an idea to start recreate Kevin, what the hell is wrong with me

Okay, it really feels like a shit show, the most problem is that in-game Kevin in a Safehouse is always have some facial expression, so its really quite impossible to understand his type of eye, mouth and etc. its also problematic to understand some other moments, i even kinda used his CGI promo version a little bit, for now i will take a break, honestly, some help like with his texture could help, so i could understand his exact clothes color and etc. Just like with Matt Miller (the funniest part of Matt is that even though i was recreating SR4 variation of him, i took texture from SR3R and so i took colors from there)
Okay, im done, i tried my best, i don't even know if i even need to upload it (in game), but my SortaKevin recreation is done
