Well you could probably merge all of my mods this way, but some rely on additional .xtbls, so the costumes will be glitchy if you overwrite those. I'm talking about missing or wrong VFX and sounds as well as bad animations. Another downside of this method is that the custom weapon icons and strings get lost in the process.

actually, just with the two guns--NR4 and XMac--I've noticed that the XMAC icon went back to the EMP rail gun, and it shoots green shots. I don't think I'll try to push it with extra guns. Thanks again

I might be a little late, but I downloaded this mod before, and it works flawlessly, but now I'm trying to install it since I bought Saints Row 4 on steam, it just crashes the game, is there a fix to this?

Try reverting to legacy_stable beta branch if you haven't already (re-elected update broke a lot). Right click game list > Properties > Betas > Beta Participation.
May or may not cause your save to be unusable though
