Not likely to get to incredibly close. The base model is just a different design to begin with. With games like Skyrim you can switch out the entire model with a new one, but once a game has advanced shaping tools in game like Saints Row, changing that model out isn't as easy. The Saints Row character model is wildly complex compared to average games.

Just want to say this is the most awesome of the three mods I've come across that do this. My first instinct was to avoid it since I was interested in modifying the bust, but I recently had to re-install the game and I decided to evaluate all of them since I couldn't remember which one I was using. I like the scaling on the body from this one be best, and I also like how it appears to clip into clothing the least of the three. Great job!
