Skin character error

I have a problem with SRIV, the characters skins looks bad. This problem started with Windows 7 64bits, i played a lot of time with 32bits and no problem, but when i installed 64bits the texture of the boss look ugly, the skins have like transparent textures

If somebody haves a solution or the same problem, pls say how to solve it.
