Saints Row Gang Mythos

It's just interesting to point out the mission titles that mock the faction in "dirty" ways. I really wonder what the writers were thinking about. Was Stag supposed to be a symbol of good, associate with adult themes, or both?

Edit: I meant not what they were thinking, but what were their intent.
The idiom "A means to an end" comes to mind. I believe Volition wanted to capture that nationalist, "Do it for your country" mentality, in this faction.
Maybe in their path to victory and glory, their ways became jaded and perverted. They never blinked an I when committing war crimes like martial law.
Remember, it's been almost 10 years since 911 when Saints Row: The Third came out, and that wound was still there. Wounds create fear. Fear creates mongering for it.
Enter: Cyrus Temple. But that's just my theory... I believe as long as fear is still present in society, real life and fictional tales (SR3) will blur lines.
If you have Saints Row 2, go to the airport and listen to the announcements playing throughout there... Saints Row is a satire after all.
