Well my friend you are correct, the wireframe is a decal texture located within the car_2dr_police02_wire_0.str2_pc and the texture is dcl_wire02_df.tga.dds.

So if you recolored it to look like this

then the wireframe police car would like this below.;)

You did a good job adding the chrome paint to the vehicle's body colors.:cool:

Would you be able to also add the chrome paint to the vehicle's metal trim colors too ?:D

In the screenshot shown below, the vehicle body color is chrome and looks shiney.
The vehicle's metal trim colors that I'm using is metal chrome and as you can see, it's not as shiney.:(
