Saints Row 2 trailer?

I'm asking around the office to see if anyone knows this history of this. I don't remember ever seeing it as official marketing. Hydrogen Whiskey does list THQ as a client on their page though. However it happened, I think it's pretty awesome:

Anyway, according to the Trailer, the Platinum RPG was supposed to return (probably to replace the RPG-7) and the player was supposed to be in a coma for a shorter time (no real appearance of the Ultor Tower)
