I discovered just now that an another team is FINALLY bringing Saints Row 2's MISSING DLCs on PC! Their teaser YouTube video I'm posting below was published just a two days ago:

Only if now Juiced Patch' devs could possibly integrate these two things together... This game could finally become PRETTY fixed now!

its literally being creating by Juiced Patch devs and requires Juiced itself to work.
