Repeatable one time events/Diversion Overhaul!?

All the one time events, towers, hotspots and flashpoints etc need to be more than temporary diversions and actually be repeatable events.

Let me explain, its simple really, all the assets already exist in game etc.

Any one time event can be 're-taken', every now and then at random intervals (20 mins average) a warning will show up that a tower/hotspot/flashpoint is contested, sometimes 2 or even 3 at a time, forcing you to choose. you have 3 minutes to defend the incursion, if you don't reach it in the time or leave the area for more than 30 seconds it automatically gets re-taken by the enemy. any event re-taken simply reverts to its original state of being occupied.

chance for multiple incursions increase with failure to defend and greater map control, incursion rates are doubled both at 2nd to last mission and max character level = 4x incursion rate end game

additional simulation override option: increase the incursion rate further; 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x

For flashpoints you have to defend 3-5 waves.

For hotspots one group of homies arrive at the beginning of the defence, the shield goes up (blue shield) you have to defend a 3 minute timer, and enemies can repair the generators, if they repair all generators successfully, they take it over (red shield) and you get full notoriety (no warden) until you leave the area, if you remain in the area you may restart the 3 minute timer by destroying a generator, however the notoriety will not decrease. if the time is met you have to defeat a warden to keep the hotspot.

For towers the original state must change, a shielded warden spawns every time you come near the tower, preventing you from just flying to the top with a vehicle, you must reach the top to turn off his shields, incursion mode requires you to defeat a normal warden in under 30 seconds? or he re-takes the tower and receives shielding, (tower wardens have no effect on notoriety or enemy spawn)

successfully defending any incursion would have to offer cash, exp and ammo
