Really strange, I flush your mod and she's back with a gun and ready to fight...

I just have your mod, I will try to found where my pc don't like that. ^^;

I uploaded a file which should fix your Jenny.
 
*UPDATE* Version 1.8 - 15 june 2012
-Less cash reward from activities;​
-Increased the chance when the buyer leaves without paying or attacks you on drug trafficking activity;​
-The counter from the right side of the hud let's you continue your killing spree(Gang kill,Multikill,etc) for a much longer time and the cap is now 27 instead of 9 and if you reach 27 then you get a big cash reward(between 500-2000 dollars,depends on the combat type,for example if you reach 9 gang kills in a row let's say you get like 300 dollars but if you do 9 nutshot kills then the recompense is much bigger);​
-Be careful how you drive ! Now like 90% of the car accidents you do will result in yourself flying through the windshield (and maybe dying,depends if you have upgrades);​
-For those who have problems with Jenny not fighting,this update contains a patching of this bug;​
-Added 30 extra seconds in tank mayhem activities;

-No more enemy saints bug,or enemy gangs coming in purple cars,removed feature from v1.4 when saints would automatically help you;​

-No more easy and medium difficulty,no matter what difficulty you select,it's still on hardcore;
-New Specialists for Deckers and Luchadores:
>they are deadly and they shoot much better than regular soldiers;
>cannot be grabbed as a human shield;
>powerful in close quarters,they will always charge at you;
>more hp than regular soldiers;
>they can be recognized from their colors;
>the decker's specialist clothes are partially red;
>the luchadore's specialist shirt is light blue and he's knees protection is violet red;
>they are equipped with powerful guns like RPG or AR-55,decker specialist might be equipped with Cyber SMG;
>they spawn on 3+ notoriety level;

-Boosted a little the hp of the new specialists;
-Deckers from cyberspace are tougher;
-NPC's do more damage with tanks,helicopters,etc;now when you are fighting Army/STAG tanks or any other vehicle which has a rocket launcher mounted is a lot more challenging because your tank or other military vehicle you're in will explode in a couple of rocket shots;
-Tank's secondary weapon,the machine gun,overheats faster than before;
-Increased the number of kills/minutes required to finish a survival mission but bigger cash rewards;
-Challenger's minigun won't do any damage to other tanks anymore;
-Cybercannon fully recharges at a slower rate since it's a very overpowered weapon against infantry.​
 
To make this mod more "realistic", I would suggest using limited ammunition in vehicle mounted weapons if possible.

-NPC's from air vehicles,tanks,etc will be able to shoot as often as you;
-Microwave lasers from VTOL and Crusader can now overheat;
-Fixed some spawning issues on Arapice Island;
