Questions about Sandbox+, GOS, & Cutscene Replays

I'm completely new to modding, as I only now just got a PC capable of competently running SR3 & 4. I've installed Gentlemen of Steelport already, and already found how to do Mission Replay, but couldn't find a Cutscene Replay feature available anywhere. I read the description for Sandbox+ and saw that it's apparently in there, and want to install that now as well, but have two quick questions.

First, will the mods (Sandbox+ and GOS) work fine together if they're both installed? Also, other than the keyboard commands, is there an easier in-game option to access cutscenes like there are with missions?
 
Sandbox+ and GoS are 100% compatible, so no worries there. SRTT mission replay also includes cutscene replay. It's all menu based in the in-game cell phone. SRIV is a little bit different how missions are handled, so using keyboard shortcuts is the only way to make it work (for now.)

Right, but do I have to play the missions again in their entirety to view cutscenes, or is there a way to view them individually a la SR1 & 2? I'm not seeing the latter at this point, though I'm still prety early into the game.

You can replay them, but only after beating that particular mission so it unlocks in your phone.
