No super glow

I started to think, the super glow is super annoying!
NOTE: This is my first mod! If I get anything wrong, please correct me.

I was just looking through some of the text files, and I noticed matfx.xtbl had super power effects in it. So, I messed a little with it, and magic happened!

So, i hope you like the mod!
How to install is in the file. 'README.txt'
Look at the picture in the file to prove it works. (I couldn't get it working! How do I take a screen shot in Saints Row IV?) I made a video though.

Moderator note: This is an exact copy of the original mod. Locking thread and deleting files. Also, don't upload videos as attachments.

Wouldn't it be better to upload video on YT (or any other video site) and link it to the OP...?

Just compared your file to the one from Lenankamp's mod by WinMerge and they're identical...

Locking thread since it's exactly the same as the existing version. In the future, do not upload videos as attachments. You are creating an unnecessary bandwidth strain for no good reason. Use youtube.
