It's not part of any DLC. It's part of the vanilla game. The Nyteblade DLC is the car, bike, altar boy outfit, and bloody cannoness outfit:

Nobody can make any kind of outfit. We don't have mesh tools.

The stuff in this thread was already in the game and just made accessible.

Although I have a question/request, is it possible that you could make Angel De La Muerte's (the normal one where he wears his purple hood) available to buy?
