Mod Request - Sunny Day, Blue Skies, and Clear Water

I have no idea if this is even possible, and to be completely honest, this type of request likely belongs somewhere else. Zinyak's eternal blessings on you Mods if you don't delete this thread right away.

Let me first say, off topic, and skip this paragraph if you don't want to see a sob story, but this latest PC update wiped out my save game, and sent me back to some older save game, which is at about 25% completion. The one that got deleted was just about to take on the final mission. This fact has made me very sad, sad to the point where I don't know if I even want to go back and do all of those missions all over again. Sob story over.

Would it be possible to create a mod that just made the skies bright and blue, and kind of made it look like a nice day out? Sure would make running around and destroying things a lot more pleasing to the eye.

When you beat the game, you can choose what the sky looks like from the computer in the room pierce is normally at (in the ship), and I believe I read somewhere that someone is creating a clear water mod, although that may not be true.
