I'm trying to use the New Clothing mod for SR3 in SR3R (https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/new-clothing-for-sale-nyteblade-cyrus-parachute-etc.165/ ) As I want to unlock the STAG outfit before the end of the game. I've got the mod files, but I don't know what to do with them since they're all XTBL files. I've tried to extract the vanilla customize_items vvp_pc file from SR3R using the ThomasJepp extractor GUI tool, but I only get an empty folder with no files inside, and every other app in rev 121 folder doesn't work for me. Does anyone know what to do?
 
Hello using the "ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.BuildStrings.exe" tool and having problem related to "ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.BuildStrings.Program.Main(String[] args)"

Used command is
"thomasjepp.saintsrow.buildstrings.exe static_US.xml static_US.le_strings"
 
It has already been mentioned here that there are issues with extracting .le_strings from the SR IV Re-Elected version. Can you assist in any way? This is what I get when I try to extract any .le_strings from mics.vpp_pc (on screenshot). I am localizing the game into Ukrainian, and everything worked great with these tools in SRGooH.

I'm sorry to say, that while I am able to replicate the error I have not
been able to solve it.

I've tries using both re-elected files (got a copy just to check) or SRIV
Nation Treasure Edition.

I have tried multiple versions of Thomas Jepp Tools as well as different
Strings files but it doesn't seem to matter. I have even tried using the
instructions provided by Minimaul himself, but nothing works.
