Minimaul's Saints Row 2, Saints Row: The Third, Saints Row IV and Gat Out Of Hell tools

Hello using the "ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.BuildStrings.exe" tool and having problem related to "ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.BuildStrings.Program.Main(String[] args)"

Used command is
"thomasjepp.saintsrow.buildstrings.exe static_US.xml static_US.le_strings"
 
It has already been mentioned here that there are issues with extracting .le_strings from the SR IV Re-Elected version. Can you assist in any way? This is what I get when I try to extract any .le_strings from mics.vpp_pc (on screenshot). I am localizing the game into Ukrainian, and everything worked great with these tools in SRGooH.

I'm sorry to say, that while I am able to replicate the error I have not
been able to solve it.

I've tries using both re-elected files (got a copy just to check) or SRIV
Nation Treasure Edition.

I have tried multiple versions of Thomas Jepp Tools as well as different
Strings files but it doesn't seem to matter. I have even tried using the
instructions provided by Minimaul himself, but nothing works.

Minimaul’s Workshop Upload Tool
Any text editor (preferably Notepad++)

First, create a new file in the text editor of your choice and paste this template into it:

Most likely, the only thing I'll be able to do is translate for the legacy version SRIV. Thank you for trying to help.
 
Which file do I need to extract to get DLC Character Models for SRTT? I've got "character.xtbl", but that only contains the base game models.
