Homies & NPCs Kinzie and Shaundi's ship costumes with modified heads

Is it possible to change the Kinzie's and Shaundi's models on the ship with the swapped heads without changing their costumes?
I'd prefer of Kinzie having her White House hairstyle, and Shaundi keeping her casual outfit hair.

Kinzie's might be possible, but I'm not sure if the game allows different heads to be used on the same body (that is, whether they will actually appear).
Nevertheless, I've tried swapping out the relevant tags in character_definitions.xtbl.
I am not testing this; don't have SRIV installed right now (just the extracted files), might not even work.

As for Shaundi's casual outfit, you might need to elaborate which one, I just used the SR3 Shaundi's head.
Process was going to the <Head> tag of each defined character and changing the name and the LOD version

When I talked about Shaundi, I meant her casual outfit from the "De plane Boss" mission in SRIV, when we first see her.

OK, great. That's the version I put in the file (shaundisr3). Can you try if it works and report back?

That would be her SRTT outfit, yes? Lowcut jeans, big belt, and jacket over a v-neck top, with a pony tail?
dang that's a really good text description

I tried the file and sent screenshots.
Pasted the file into the folders (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Saints Row IV)

Oh man! Sorry about that.
Seems this is beyond my skills then, I don't know enough on how to make it load properly

Edit: It might be possible, but way more than I can do right now (mostly because I don't have the game installed)
I'm still not sure if the head will appear properly, though.
To try this step, you will need Minimaul's Tools (probably latest version)
  1. don't use this character_definitions file (probably delete it)
  2. extract models_vpp, then extract both models for the characters - kinzieprez and kinziejsuit for Kinzie, shaundisr3 and shaundijsuit for Shaundi
  3. replace the head files from the kinzieprez to kinziejsuit and shaundisr3 to shaundijsuit
  4. compile the folder we extracted and edited in step 2 - the kinziejsuit and shaundijsuit folder - back into a str2 (I think?) using one of Minimaul's tools (I forgot which one)
  5. place both of these created files into game folder with exe
  6. use Minimaul Stream2Update for generating an asm file (if needed)
and that's the gist of it.

You'll have to extract both character packfiles, (ex: shaundijsuit and shaundisr3).
Copy the both head_lod.ccmesh_pc/gcmesh_pc and paste them into the extracted character's head you wanted to replace folder you unpacked
Copy the cmorph_pc as well, paste into the folder I mentioned above.
Delete the original head_lod and cmorph_pc files in that folder
Rename the files you copied to the same name as the files you just deleted.
Pack the folder
Place the now packed .str2_pc into the main directory alongside a fresh (if you don't have one in your directory already) character_definitions.asm_pc.
Update the asm_pc using the asm updater.
Enjoy!
