here is my mods folder. sandbox plus and the cheats.xtbl wont load from it.

You guys are great, so glad I bought this game and all DLC.
 
Sorry if I sound like a dumbass here, but I've been wanting to test the NPC morph function. Seeing as it doesn't work with Sandbox+ at the moment, I take it I would need to delete all of the modded files that came packaged with it, which I can do with no problem. However, I'm confused when it comes to sr3_city.lua. Would I need to delete that too? If I had to, in what file would I enter the command for the NPC morph function?
