issues with powertools.

i'm running windows 10, and i have a shitty toshiba satelite.

its got 8gigs ram and yada

the speed glitch is affecting my saints row 2, i used power tools to try and help how ever after installing power tools'

and it telling me i am good to go, i would no less turn on saints row 2 and instead of seeing a game with a corrected speed i see a white screen and nothing else.

ok so now the game works but i am confused as to whether or not power tools is working
