Is it OK?

I've been wondering. Is it OK to upload characters or screenshots in the nude to Saints Row homepage? I seem to vaguely remember mention of characters or screenshots being uploaded in the nude is a bannable offense. On which side I can't recall (obviously this is an issue when the nude censor is removed through mods). And I remember very clearly seeing an uploaded character in the "modded" nude.

So as not to invite any trouble I have to ask whether it's OK. I can't ask on the homepage because there seem to be a problem with login, again.

Please do not uploaded any modded or nude characters to the official website saintsrow.com

But I see a lot of modded characters. For example, I think I saw a uploaded Deadpool.

EDIT: My modded character has been queued by six people and I got two likes already. And nothing from the staff of Saintsrow.com. To be on the safe side, what do you mean modded? Do you mean the nude or clothing, as well? And is the nude part a moral issue? Like say if a minor were to stumble upon the character section and see a babe or dude in the nude.

EDIT2: "dude in the nude" terrible ryhming but hilarious all the same.

I am the staff at saintsrow.com, and I'm asking you nicely to not do this. The problem is not one of morals. The problem is that people who do not have mods will not get that character when they try to download them and it will be broken.

Please remove your modded character.

By modded, I don't have anything on the character. I mean no extended sliders or whatever it is that change the character, directly. Only more colors for clothing and such, at this point. And when it comes down to it, isn't it the character people are getting? They can download the character and play dress up with them as they desire.

EDIT: What if I don't share/make them public them? Can I still keep them?

Once again, please do not upload modded characters.

I am trying to get a firm grasp of why this exists. People who don't have mods won't be able to see the modded character at her/his best. OK, cool. Considering that both SRIV and SRTT are multi-platform games, there's huge likelihood that there are people who play these games without mods. I understand that. What I doing here is trying to figure out a way to keep my characters so I have access to their 'facedata'. Because as much as I enjoy recreating them from scratch, I find the process to be tiring. I know there's a character export/import for SRIV but until I can find or until someone makes one for SRTT, I have to rely on it.

And I might also add that if you want me to do or not do something, give me a valid reason. Repeating yourself (or threatening me) won't change my mind (the latter was a side note).

Luvva Bubba I wouldn't try to fight with Idol Ninja because he would probably ban ur ass if u keep fighting with him he may not be admin anymore but he can still probably find a way to ban people.Just giving you a heads up before you piss him off.:)

I am not trying to fight. I am trying to find a way to develop a firm understanding of why I shouldn't upload characters so I have access to their 'facedata'. I am not attacking anyone, I am not trying to start a fight, I am not trying to destroy any amount of rules. If asking a simple question is basis enough to be banned, then fuck it. Ban me! Anyone who has stumbled across this thread will know where we stand.

EDIT: Went through Forum Rules just now. There is nothing saying "Staff Members' rule is absolute".
