i have extracted everything but it still won't install

Huh? Iirc the batch files dont find anything. Take a look at the readme

when i use the batch file it says it cant find the mods folder even though i extracted everything.

i always have this sort of issue with batch files and i have no idea why i have this issue and no matter what i try to search to find a solution i end up empty handed as if im the only person in the world who experiences this lol

Make sure you're running the Command window as Administrator.

The problem is that you are attempting to extract the rar and not using either winrar or 7zip to do it. Anything else is going to give you problems.

Try extracting with the latest version of 7zip? If you're still having problems then it's a possibility that something has gone seriously wrong with your Windows OS.
