I only deleted the pixelate lines from the shaders_pc that's in the game directory. I seen another shaders file but nothing regarding pixelation in that one.
As I've said it's not an issue, you'll have to remove the data\shaders\standard\sr2-pixelate_c.fxo_pc shader by yourself from shaders_pc, it's a text file that is extension-less

Hold on, it turns out I missed the shaders_pc file in the Juiced - Shaders folder. I just deleted the pixelation lines in that so lets see how it runs without them.
EDIT: It works. I can see my character in full detail now. Thanks for the help, and sorry for melting brains.
Glad it's sorted. Still don't know why mine crashes (even at highest priority). But I don't use it anyway, so no big deal.
Edit: Huh. I guess it works now, after doing nothing different...
