I was wondering if anyone knows where the cheats determine what size to make the player so I could adjust it. I wanted to be able to make my guy grow and shrink much more severely.

Cheats are primarily handled internally in the engine. While there is some very slight configuration in the cheats.xtbl table file, adjusting the actual height is not one of the cheats that allows for any kind of editing or config.
they had cheat on the second one shrink and make taller but u could edit it hmmm........ i wonder
