In the New Christmas DLC on the first mission ( Mircale on 3rd Street) It says to break the ice but the ice is already broken in some places so i can break the ice!!

How did you fix it? Someone on the Steam forum is having the same issue.
i fixed it by deleting all my installed mods
Reinstalled everything. Still broken

By reinstalled I meant, deleting everything mods and all that and getting a clean install from steam.
