[Help needed] Hair modding in SR: TT.

Hello there,

Lately, I've been playing my SR: TT game. I went to customize my character and I saw the hair that I don't really use the most. I thought about replacing that hairstyle with one from The Sims 3 (that I enjoy using). I got the mesh from TS3 but I still have problems with getting that mesh from SR. I see it's really difficult job tough. I tried using Hex Editor, but I still couldn't find the right thing.

but I still don't understand it very much.

I need an explanation, how to do it step by step not to break my game. I'm even wondering if it is possible to replace SR mesh with one from TS3. I tried doing stuff a bit alone - luckily, I didn't broke any of game files...
I'm also not an expert programmer tough. I know a bit but not that much.

Is it possible to do that job?

I will appreciate any help :)
