I am quite overwhelmed. I have no idea what I am doing. I am an avid gamer but by no means any kind of a programmer. From what I have read, I suspect I would enjoy parts of the "Gentlemen of Steelport Compilation"
My concerns :
1. I don't really know how to install a Mod. Could someone please dumb down the step by step for me ?
2. I want to be sure NOT to install any Mod that Steam would read as a cheat or otherwise block achievements for my self or my fellow co op player.
What I really want for Saints Row 3 :
* 1. A larger color pallet for booth clothing & Vehicles.
( The alien vehicle's hex template might be to much to ask for but that would be awesome ! )
* 2. Customize All Vehicles.
I can do that trick to customize the road vehicles that normally can't be customized but if possible, I would like to customize boats, planes & helicopters.
* 3. Additional Homies:
Johnny Gat (Mission 1), Genki, Tiger & the Cyber Avatar if that means the Decker enemies from the simulation. If it is the toilet or sex doll I would not want that.
( Please advise, what dose *INTEGRATED mean ? Is that like you have to take all or nothing ? )
* 4. The ability to wear street cloths in Murder brawl VII & the computer simulation battles.
* 5. Allow weapon ring usage when walking and/or running
* 6. Mission Replay
This one is really top on my wish list so far.
* 7. Add all in-game music to the Mixtape list like mission music.
* 8. Shorten/Disable homie phone cool down.
* 9. New tattoos
Gibbed figured out how add new tattoos (not replace).
* 10. Remove the laser weapon overheating when you get the instant reload upgrades.
* 11. Add additional gang customization vehicles the Saints can drive like the Spectre.
* 12. Possibly rebalance shotguns and rifles since they seem very weak compared to the other weapon classes like pistols and smg.
* 13. Add Spectre and other helicopter vehicle delivery.
* 14. Ability to start the wave survival missions from a menu instead of waiting for a timed random event.
* 15. Optional mod to color already purchased clothing while in the wardrobe like GotR.
* 16. Listen to radio or mix tape while on foot.
* 17. Challenger (tank) Radio enabled.
* ?. I did not see this one but it would be great if I could choose what radio station plays and what hookers spawn in my cribs.
I know the above is an extensive list but I would be eternally grateful if someone could put together a cut & past package that includes as much of the above as possible along with installion instructions that a PC idiot like me could comprehend.
