Extreme RPG

This mod simply makes the RPG rocketlauncher full automatic and makes it fire extremely fast. Unlimited magazine capacity included, so it really fires that fast.
Kind of the same the one in SR2 (not done by me!!!), and I was missing that here extremely.
Been browsing the forums to see if it was already released but couldn't find one for The Third.
If I get permission from authors of other mods I'll also try to merge it with those mods.

Just put weapons.xtbl where your .exe is. (...\Steam\SteamApps\common\saints row the third)
Only bad thing is it will give you a terribly low fps when you fire to something very near, at least, if you don't kill yourself. But it should work allright for all levels.



-If you think it fires the missiles too fast, I'll add slower versions too. *done*
-Other weapons able to use in cars (RPGs, special weapons and bats excluded) *done*
-Merging it with other modders' work on permisson (till sofar I have flyingman's permission) *in progress*
-Change the muzzle effect from the viper rifle so it has more of an effect from the zombie mission end cutscene (shoots like a normal rifle and shoots faster.) *done*

v1.01 - added 6 different (slower) speed types.
v1.02 - version with weapons in cars and version without weapons in cars, name changed to miku miku shoot. :D
v1.03 - merged it with FlyingMan's Eradicator and gave the Viper Rifle the muzzleflash from the Krukov, already a step to the Viper Rifle effects from the ending cutscene of "Zombie Attack".
v1.04 - Cutscene Viper Rifle now has the needed effects: no overheat, different tracers, different muzzleflash, different sound and different bullet impact effects. Name changed to Miku's Small Weapon Changes. (I know... not much progress for such a long time).
Almostly forgot, to make the Viper Rifle effect more accurate, the Viper Rifle now doesn't overheat and shoots a lot faster. Excuse me for copying that feature from other modders, but if it shoots that slow as it normally does it doesn't come even close to the effect in the cutscene.

I was the one who created the original rapid fire rocket launcher mod for sr2 btw. :)
 
thank you. refire delay is now from 25 (fastest) to 750 (slowest), although I guess it's still pretty fast.
Next version includes all weapons available to use incars (optional), all except the rpg and bats.
 
Okay finally v1.04 is up and the Viper Rifle has now all effects from the post-mission (Zombie-Attack) cutscene.
It's still kept optional though.
 
add these 2 lines under <Damage> and you'll really have a blast with the rocket launcher!

I've been playing with the Explosive-Genki settings and set it to a cone angle of 15 with a 6 round burst, but they don't have a wide pattern (which is kinda strange).
