This has been an issue I've noticed even for console. When you turn the camera around NPCs and Vehicles will disappear, to me it's really annoying especially when you're hunting a car/npc and you look the other way to kill someone who is attacking you or get in your own car and then it just vanishes. Is there anyway to fix this or is it just one of those unfixable things in Saints Row 2.
