Why would you reload your save like that? Why not use the open version of the rare vehicle cheat mod and just set the time to whatever you want. Sandbox+ can do the same thing.
So I've played so long with an option installed to change the weather without me even knowing it? Oh god. I really need to learn to read readmes. Anyway, feel free to vote IdolNinja, I'm wondering what you prefer

But at night Steelport feels so... idk, boring I would say
I prefer night myself. Even better is if it's raining. I suppose that's because I prefer those conditions in real life, odd as it might be 
But yeah, nothing beats flying over Steelport or racing down the streets with the night sky and lights scattered everywhere. Be it huge billboards and signs, street lamps, or you know, explosions, gun fire, that kinda thing too. And don't forget the wonderful sounds, such as a car alarm and squealing tires coming from a shady parking lot behind a Friendly Fire. Good times.

Night is my favourite time. Especially when I'm sitting on the edge of a skyscraper (usually the highest one) and watching the bright lights of Steelport before jumping down and slowly falling, pretending to be a superhero of some kind, and then, as always, forgetting to open my parachute and kissing the ground behind some old abandoned building. Or take my black F-69 VTOL, turn on a few bad-ass tracks and fly like a boss. Or sneak on the streets in hopes of staying undetected.

Well I like the Evening time, not too much light, and not too much dark. It's just perfect. But my second favourite is night.
