Crazysaint's improved water

epic!
im thinking about installing this to make my saints row 4 more like 3 (yes im doing that)
i always hated this "red water thingy"
 
AWESOME!!!! Always hated the look of the water in SR4....I know we're supposed to be thinking we're in a simulation...but if Zinyak, from the very beginning, wanted us to think what he created was real....he would have not had the water looking like orange stripes.
 
how do i move this it is not a rar file so i can not copy/paste it????

nevermind i save it then click and drag my bad xD

Unbelievable that this happened only to me, the file shaders.vpp_pc It doesn't work when I replace it in the cache folder. First of all, the original file weighs less than this one and I also try to start the Saints Row IV game so I can play for a while from the Steam application and as a curious fact absolutely nothing happens. 😲 🤔
