Crashing on pyramid scheme mission completion

I have completed this mission around 15 times now but everytime the cutscene is about to play after I've escaped from the facility my game just freezes. I have both GOTR installed and powertools and have tried without having the mods and having one at a time etc. I have also made sure to update DirectX and still nothing. I have had this same issue on some of the other missions but the issue would sort itself out if I had the Never Die cheat enabled but that is not working this time.
 
This happens to me all too frequent. If I were you, I'd tap that button that skips the cutscene will fast or it'll crash again. Sometimes you'll get crashed and sometimes you won't.
