Can SR2 music be added to SRTT with a mod?

I don't know if this is against the rules because I didn't see it specified but, would there be a way to add the music of the sr2 radio stations to srtt? or also change the music that you hear when you enter friendly fire, I never liked the music that the game has when you enter that store, if this is against the rules my apologies I am new here and at least in the rules that I read before posting I did not see this that I ask specified as something forbidden, because it is not any kind of dlc, but if it is against the rules then I ask a mod to delete it and I apologize.
