Bumping topic

Just a question I like to ask. It might sound stupid, but still better then breaking the forum rules.

How old must the last message in a topic be before posting a new one is considered as a bump?

I think its between one and two months, correct me if I'm wrong.

There is no time limit. Don't do it.

Thats the thing, I don't want to do it but I don't know when something is considered as a bump and when not. I've seen people posting a response to something before and then getting warned about bumping, not sure if it happened here before, but I've seen it happen.

So, don't do it.

Posting a response isn't the same as bumping. If you have something to actually say then it's just fine. What's not fine is posting something like:
"Bump" or "Can't anyone help me?"or "Please read this!" etc

Ah, okay, that is what I was looking for, thank you.

So, thread necromancy is fully endorsed as long as it isn't cheap, knockoff necromancy. We love the undead, but not the kind with half their skin missing. Vampires can stay. Zombies, go home.

We're cool with the undead, sure.
