the "Inauguration Station" is supposed to come out before the game's release. If it's anything like the Initiation Station was for SR3, it'll be out around the first of August

Now will it still be locked to specific platform so for example, currently, you can only download character from 360 version of SR3 to 360, PS3 to PS3, and PC to PC, will it now be possible to upload and download character to different platform?

Confirmed by Volition to be platform locked at E3, same as SRTT.

If you have a preset that you uploaded to Saintsrow.com (where both SRTT and the Initiation station sent them to).
Will you be able to use them in SR4 (IE have it in your queue on Saintsrow.com then connect to the Community in SR4)?

Supposedly. The menu has that functionality but it wasn't working yet in the preview build.

Every time we try to use it at the moment, it complains that the server isn't responding.
