I have an idea of modified On-Foot Audio Player for SRTT which changes music based on notoriety, but SRTT doesn't have much ambient music.
EDIT: I've made a quick'n dirty OFAP that plays KLASSIC during no-notoriety and The Blood during notoriety. Not sure if I continue making this.

Nice work, thank you a lot. By the way Tracks from "Misc music" are pretty nice, they might fit this mod ( Loading screen tracks and tracks from "Whored mode" )
