I thank you very much Jedi Dave for making this mod, the force is with you I see.

Did you do all the artwork from scratch or did you use existing images and then edit them ?

Which image editing program did you use ? ( Photoshop, PaintShopPro, GIMP or other )

You did an excellent job on this mod, I like the addition of the menu.pdf showing all the images of the new tattoos.

If it's not too much of a hassle, may I respectfuly request that in the menu.pdf where you have each image numbered, would you please put the Folder name next to it where that file is located so that it would look like this;

It would make finding the file a lot easier.


Would it be possible to make a Tiger stripe or leopard theme tattoo set so that for each body part area the tatoo would have tiger stripes or leopard spots ?

The result would look something like this.
( I painted those stripes on the screenshot with PaintShopPro )

Hey again, this is maybe another dumb question, but is there something special I have to do to see the new eye designs and facepaints that you added? I see I whole bunch of contact lens designs, and you mentioned those anime eyes, but I don't see them in-game. Is this something you do in the batch file? Are these actually replacers of something, or do they add completely new options along side the original stuff?

Oh, and one other thing, are the tattoos slightly different for each race or something? Most of them are the same, but I swear a few of the designs are different depending on which character I have loaded. Or is there some other factor? Thanks.

One of the last 3 tattoos that cover the entire back don't load.
The music stops and if I want to open a menu it doesn't appear if I reach one of those tats,
I don't have a file in the root that conflicts with this awesome mod.

If you are using the root build from version 1, I have had no end of problems with it. That's why I took it out in favour of the cache build only. I have had the problem you have while developing this mod but not for a while.

When you go into the batch file you should go through the whole thing and select the options you want. Start off by pressing 1 which will select the basic set and then navigate the options picking and changing the ones you would like. It actually works by replacing the original files with the new ones, not adding them. Once you've made your choices press c and the batch will construct the VPP_PC file. With the race of the characters, there will be a difference. The tattoos were created using the basic skin as a starting point. This means that certain colour tattoos will appear opaque when applied to darker skin tones. That is why the black and white versions were made because they work with any skin, even the metallic ones.

I use a variety of art programs, basically whatever gets the job done. The artwork was mostly done from scratch using drawing and photo manipulation to get the image. I'll see what I can do about sorting a file list but in the meantime I have created your tiger girl. I looked into using tattoos to create the effect you were after and with the overlap problems it wasn't very practical. So instead I have made an entire skin for you to play with. Just use it in the normal way or add it to the Your_Mods_Here folder in the mod.

The placement and details of the stripes are very well done.

Have you considered creating a Leopard spotted skin ?
Seeing the excellent artistic talent you have I'm sure that if you did, it would be very nicely done as well.

Oye. Is there a way to combine the tattoo mod with Braincore02's Porno and Murders mod?

Yes, you can put the .str2_pc files from Porno and Murder into the folder named Your_Mods_Here and the BAT will add them into the .vpp_pc file for you. You can even add individual tattoos that others have made, just be mindful that you don't select JediDave's tattoo that overrides the same one as your addition.
