I found! In "Tweak_table.xtbl" you must just found "Max_climb_height" line and change value to 1000. Here is modified file only with climbing:

I won't use this Mod, because I ran nearly 20 minutes trough entire Steelport and found 9 climbable houses.
I'm gonna wait, till we found out about Jump-Height adjustment's and other stuff.

It is FlawlessEra mod. I cuted from his orginal mod higher climbing.

Actually, it's the same if you removed SuperSpeed & Superfists. So what YOU posted is the SAME Mod with removed superspeed & fists.

Actually, I happened to mod my jumping movement but as i don't remember what i did to change that, will be searching by comaring the different files i used.
